LOGO
1 – this logo is very eye catching and appealing because of the bright red
that surrounds the white letters. This is eye catching because it’s a bright
primary colour and is bold, the colour red also represents heat, danger and
passion, I like to think that this is linked to the artists I would feature as
they are very passionate about their music. NOTE, the font looks different on word.
CANON
Logo 2 – this second logo is more
basic but can be added to any colour background as black goes with any colour.
This could be very useful because it gives me as a designer more variety when
designing a background and deciding its colour. The font is unique and unseen
on any other music magazine which will make my magazine more unique as the logo
is often looked at the most. The logo lacks in colour and may not stand out.
This won’t appeal to a younger audience.
Reverbs
Logo 3 – this design is more
abstract and unique which is good because it will make the magazine stand out
more. For people with poor eye sight they might not be able to make out what it
says from a distance, to resolve this I could make the writing more thick. Like
the second logo it lacks in colour but this also gives me more of a variety in
back round colours without worrying about contrasting colours. To make this
logo stand out I could take inspiration form billboard magazine and fill in the
blank spaces with different colours.

Plumtree
Christian, I like the questionnaire and you have included lots of relevant questions. Once you have carried out the questionnaire, look carefully at the results and how they will inform your own product.
